Identi.ca transfer to happen tonight, 10 July 2013

Hi, folks. The identi.ca conversion is just about done, and although there are some bugs in the data (duplicate shares, for example), in general it looks pretty good.

I'm therefore going to pull the trigger and change the DNS over tonight. Here's how it's going to happen:

I'll disable the StatusNet servers at about 9PM EDT. No further posts available there.
I'll do a final backup of anything that was posted today, up until the servers were disabled.
I'll do a final restore of that data.
I'll change the DNS for identi.ca to point to the new server.
I'll change the load-balancer for the old server array to point to the new server, so even laggards should get the new site.

I expect some serious instability over the next few days as things shake out. I'll be travelling, of course, which will make the switchover completely crazy.
